A Healthy Reductions™ Diet
You can lose up to 10 pounds in 3 days!
First Day

Breakfast:
½ Grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, two tablespoons of peanut butter.

Lunch:
½ cup of tuna fish, 1 slice of toast, coffee or tea

Dinner:
2 slices of any type of meat (3 oz), 1 cup of beets, 1 cup of green beans, 1 small apple, one cup of vanilla ice cream

Second Day:

Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 slice of toast, ½ banana

Lunch:
1 cup of cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers

Dinner:
2 Hot Dogs, 1 cup of broccoli (fresh), ½ cup of carrots (fresh), ½ banana, ½ cup of vanilla ice cream.

Third Day:

Breakfast:
1 hard boiled egg, one slice toast

Lunch:
5 Saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese (1 oz.) 1 small apple

Dinner:
1 cup of Tuna, 1 cup of beets, 1 cup of cauliflower (fresh), ½ half cantaloupe, ½ cup of vanilla ice cream.

This works on a chemical breakdown and is proven to work.

DO NOT VARY OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE PRODUCTS!

Salt or pepper may be used, but no other seasoning. This diet is to be used for three days at a time. In three days you will lose up to ten pounds. After three days of dieting, you may begin eating your normal diet, but don't overdo it. After four days of normal eating, you may go back on the day diet. You can lose a lot if you stick to this diet.
IT IS A SAFE DIET!
  • Remember, no cheating and do not pick between meals.
  • Drinks are permissible, if desired (not alcohol).
  • 3 glasses of grapefruit juice a day
